About the Class:
Our company class is facilitated by Misa Kelly. Having studied with over 150 arts educators it brings her great joy to share her wealth of knowlege and passion for the movement arts with communities at home and abroad.
The class is a hybrid class drawing from the influences of theater,
contemporary dance, ballet, choreography, pilates, yoga, floor bar,
YouTube finds, release technique, improvisation, my own inventions & new ideas that emerge in the moment. Drawing from her vast teaching
repertory Misa has gathered over the years, rather than teaching a set class she prefers to "let go and let the muse" facilitate from the place where the still small voice resides.
Being sensitive to the individual and collective needs in the here and
now the class flows through a movement journey with the intent to
inspire & nourish the spiritual, physical, soulful, emotional &
energetic bodies.
